Employment with Callison Contracting
With our name on the line, we believe in investing in our employees.    We have a 6 page application process in which the applicant "self evaluates" him/herself.  All applicants are thoroughly tested and any discrepancies during this testing process are discovered and most of the applicants will not pass this phase.  We believe in honesty and if you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach. 

Most of our employees have been with us for many years and that is because we are consistent with our desire to be the best - we pay a fair wage and expect a fair days work.
